Kick Boxing

One hour of non-stop heart pounding full body conditioning. Burn up to 800 calories. MMA inspired conditioning drills mixed with speed ladders, kettle bells, and medicine balls. Punching and kicking taught by qualified instructors on a variety of equipment. This isn't a cardio kickboxing class!!! Get ready to hit stuff and get in shape doing it. Challenging for all levels. Beginner or advanced are welcome.

F.I.T Class (Functional Interval Training)

Previously know as Boot Camp class but now has had some improvements. More weights and equipment has been added. Come experience a one hour fitness challenge. Our workout of the day (WOD) will be a push yourself to the edge full body and core class. Get stronger, better cardio, more endurance, and have fun doing it!

Krav Maga Israeli Self-Defense System

Krav Maga (“contact combat”) is the official self-defense system of the Israeli Defense Forces, Israeli National Police, and security services. Krav Maga is a superior, world-renowned self-defense and combat fitness training method to achieve top physical shape while learning real self-defense and fighting techniques. Here at Phoenix Fitness and Performance, we integrate full body conditioning into all of our classes. While one of the truly elegant aspects of Krav Maga is the ability to be effective in combat regardless of age, strength or flexibility, we introduce a series of conditioning drills and programs which help ensure optimal performance during the most strenuous and stressful conditions. 

Pads and Bags

One hour of pad work. Using a variety of equipment like Thai pads, hand mitts, foam noodles, kick shields, and heavy bags. Not for beginners but once you have the basics…you’ll love this class!

New to our schedule are two great classes!

Power Fit class is a one hour strength program. We focus on maximizing strength with using big compound lifts with adequate rest periods. If you want to get stronger and build muscle this is the class for you.

Step Fit is a high energy one hour step class. If you don’t have a step we can provide you with one. You’ll have fun and you will sweat! If you like to step or dance then you will love this class. Everyone walks out smiling and sweaty!
