Kick Boxing
One hour of non-stop heart pounding full body conditioning. Burn up to 800 calories. MMA inspired conditioning drills mixed with speed ladders, kettle bells, and medicine balls. Punching and kicking taught by qualified instructors on a variety of equipment. This isn't a cardio kickboxing class!!! Get ready to hit stuff and get in shape doing it. Challenging for all levels. Beginner or advanced are welcome.
F.I.T Class (Functional Interval Training)
F.I.T Class is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines weights, kettlebells, TRX, barbells, and outdoor training for maximum results. Each class delivers functional strength, cardio, and conditioning through constantly varied workouts designed to build power, endurance, and mental toughness. Scalable for all fitness levels, this boot camp pushes you to train hard, move better, and get stronger—indoors or out.

Combat Fitness is a high-energy, full-body training class that blends striking, and functional strength into one powerful workout. Drawing from Kickboxing and Krav Maga principles, the class combines punches, kicks, defensive movements, and conditioning drills with kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, and athletic conditioning. Designed for all fitness levels, Combat Fitness builds strength, endurance, coordination, and confidence while teaching practical movement and controlled aggression. Each class challenges you mentally and physically, pushing you to move with purpose, intensity, and focus—no experience required, just the willingness to work.

Pads and Bags
One hour of pad work. Using a variety of equipment like Thai pads, hand mitts, foam noodles, kick shields, and heavy bags. Not for beginners but once you have the basics…you’ll love this class!

Power Fit class is a one hour strength program. We focus on maximizing strength with using big compound lifts with adequate rest periods. If you want to get stronger and build muscle this is the class for you.
Step Fit is a high energy one hour step class. If you don’t have a step we can provide you with one. You’ll have fun and you will sweat! If you like to step or dance then you will love this class. Everyone walks out smiling and sweaty!
